Santo Loku Pio Doggale, Auxiliary Bishop/Vicar General Catholic Archdiocese of Juba South Sudan, has written to acknowledge the receipt of $1800 USD, and in his letter of the 23/03/16, Bishop Santo Pio said,
“Hello Rev. David Morgan,
I am writing to acknowledge the receipt of 1,800 USD which came into our accounts last February for the support of school children here in Juba. The financial crises here in South Sudan made it very difficult to verify this on time as well as getting it out of the Bank is also another step. At certain moment the Bank itself was without money to give to it’s customers, but thank God that today our accountant was able to cash the amount which is now with me that is why I am able to communicate to you. Sorry for the delay, but it is worth since I am able to cash it. Now, as last year, I will provide the report as soon as all is paid for the kids in the school, although with inflation at our local market, we shall reduce the number from that of last year. Thank you for all your support at this critical moment where hunger is also now rocking our population. Pray for us and be always blessed.
Santo Loku Pio Doggale Auxiliary Bishop/Vicar General Catholic Archdiocese of Juba South Sudan.
